Who we are
Best Service Providers is operated by eRaffles International, 10, 2nd Floor, 3rd Cross, Brindhavanam, Pondicherry - 605013. We act as the data fiduciary for the personal data you share with us, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Customers: name, mobile number, email, service address and pincode, GSTIN (if provided), problem description and photos, booking, payment and support history.
- Service partners: name, contact details, service areas, identity and address proof, police verification, PAN, GSTIN and payout details (UPI ID / bank name and IFSC).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to improve the website.
Why we use it
- To take bookings, assign a partner, share estimates, send invoices and receipts, and provide warranty support.
- To verify partners and settle their payments.
- To send service reminders (such as care plan renewals) and occasional offers. You can opt out of offers at any time.
- To meet legal and tax obligations, such as GST records.
Who we share it with
- Your name, address and phone number are shared only with the partner assigned to your booking, and only for that job.
- Partner documents are seen only by our verification team and are never shown to customers.
- Payment providers, SMS / WhatsApp providers and our hosting provider process data on our behalf under confidentiality.
- We share data with authorities only when required by law. We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Booking and invoice records are kept for at least 8 years as required by tax law. Other data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to delete your account, unless the law requires us to keep it.
How we protect it
Passwords are stored encrypted, identity documents are kept in a restricted area of our servers, and access is limited to authorised staff with logged activity.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent for offers, or nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf. Raise a request from Help & Support or email admin@surabi.net. We respond within 30 days.
